Agents

Vinchin Backup & Recovery protects the physical servers with agents installed inside the server operating systems (Linux & Windows).

With the agents installed on the physical servers and registered to Vinchin backup server, users can perform file backup, application (database & Exchange) backup, volume-level backup and also volume-level CDP backup or the physical servers.

The agent deloypment is flexible, users can choose to manually install the agents or can simply use the push-install function to auto deploy agents on batch servers from within Vinchin backup server web console.
