Resource Group

Vinchin Backup & Recovery allows you to manage the storage resources & infrastrcutures you have added and share them to other users in the system with resource group.

Add Resource Group

To add the resource group to Vinchin Backup & Recovery for backup, please go to Resources > Backup Resources > Resource Group page. Click on the Add button to add a Resource Group.

In the Group Name field, input the name of the Resource Group to better identify it.

As for the Resource Type dropdown list, select the type of system resources you want to share to others.Then the related resources will be displayed below,select the resource object to make up resource group.

In the Description field, you can optionally add some descriptions of this template.

Resource Group Management

After configuring the Resource Group,you can manage it in the Resource Group list, detailed information related to the groups like: Resource Group Name, Resource Type, Creator can be seen in the list.

For Options, you can edit or delete the resource group according to your own need.
