Server Granular Restore
Create Server Restore Job
To create a new server recovery job, please go to Data Resilience > Restore > Server> Granular Restore page. Please follow the below steps to create the job.
Data Source
From the Restore Point dropdown list, select a backup node on which the server backup data is stored.
Then select desired time point and click on Next. The restore point can be time point, cache flushing point, virus scan point, data verification point. You can manually select the recover time point from the cdp job running time range.
Restore Strategy
General Strategy
For Operating system type, you should select the operating system type corresponding to the restore point, either Linux or Windows.
Security Strategy
Virus scan strategy, to perform scan you can select the scan strategy, scan thread and scan target.
Advanced Strategy
For Overload Protection, you can enable Ignore Node Resource Limits to bypass the node's resource limitations.
After completing the above settings, you can click Next to continue.
Review and Confirm
After finishing the above settings, you are able to review and confirm all settings here. Click on Submit to confirm creating this job. When the job is created, you will be redirected to the Monitor Center > Jobs page. If this restore job is configured as Start Immediately, it will start restoring right after the creation of this job.
